The new Low Pressure Area (LPA) completely entered the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) in Pacific Ocean.
According to Jun Galang of PAGASA forecasting center, although the LPA entered the water area of the Philippines, it is still gives no effect on either side of the country.
Although the new LPA is still in the ocean, it can be strengthened more and form a perfect storm within two to three days.
The good news is that the center of the LPA will not hit the Philippine island rather it will pursue in the ocean of Visayas and Luzon to northern Taiwan and China.
But it is expected to forifty the southwest monsoon which will send rain to Visayas and Luzon.
On Sunday, it is expected that the Southwest Monsoon will send rain throughout the Philippines which is acitvely intensifies by the LPA and will be called Storm "Helen" if eventually form a storm.
