Philippine Weather Update - December 17, 2012

Cagayan Valley will experience cloudy skies with occasional light rains. Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy with isolated brief rainshowers or thunderstorms.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over the northern and eastern sections of Luzon and Eastern Visayas. The coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the northeast with slight to moderate seas.
