Philippine Weather Update - September 18, 2012

Moderate to strong southwesterly windflow prevailing over Southern Luzon and Visayas.


Metro Manila will experience occasional light to moderate rains and thunderstorms. Moderate winds blowing from the west to southwest will prevail and Manila Bay will be moderate.

Occasional light to moderate rains and thunderstorms will be experienced in Central and Southern Luzon and Visayas. The rest of the country will be partly cloudy skies with brief rainshowers or thunderstorms mostly in the afternoon or evening.

Moderate to strong winds blowing from the Northeast will prevail over Northern and Central Luzon and the coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough. Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the West to Southwest with slight to moderate seas.
