At 4:00 PM Today, Tropical Storm "Quiel" or Typhoon Quiel was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 1,040 KM East of Aparri, Cagayan (18.1°N, 132.8°E) with maximum sustained winds of 110 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 140 KPH. It is forecast to move West at 13 KPH.
This typhoon Quiel was the typhoon that we experience now and I hope that we do not experienced the heavy rain that will cause flood again but we must still be aware of this typhoon again and to keep our self and secure.
