Traditionally, many people love to eat. They eat everything and anything. They discover a lot more food and will discover a lot more because it is the basic needs of a human being in order to survive. Usually, we are somewhat in curiosity to taste different food in taste and in appearance. People always want to eat different foods but the most appealing appearance and taste will surely in the demand.
Spicy foods are more likely has greater taste from some people that is why these foods always present in this culture. But some people don’t like to eat spicy food, may be they just don’t like to eat with such spice that will set their mouth on fire. People always eat spicy foods depends on their taste and ability to resist the heat, but what do you actually do if you take in or there is a spicy food in your mouth?
Take a drink. Having a spicy food inside your mouth will surely set your mouth on fire if you can’t resist the heat. So, as the first step to take off a fire is to overcome it with water. Taking a drink, sometimes cold is a sure thing you might do if there is a spicy food in your mouth. It will ease the heat you feel inside your mouth but the spice will take too long to erase. Commonly, a sugar will help to take away some spice that causes such heat inside your mouth. So, others take in drinks not just water, but juices, milk and other sweet drinks. A person who is suffering with an intense heat on his/her mouth because of the spicy food the he/she take in commonly taking in water, a cold water inside his/her mouth but not totally swallowing it in order to reduce the heat inside.
Spit it out. A person might do this thing if he/she can’t resist actually the spicy food in his/her mouth. A kid may consider this thing, accidentally taking in spicy foods but you can consider also if they don’t just like the food they take in. Spicy foods are that of one that hates by people who don’t like to take away their appetite and just like to eat what they want to eat. But occasionally, if you are alone eating spicy foods and you want to spit it out, it is actually a bad table manner when eating with someone. But it is also inevitable to someone to spit it out if they actually can’t resist the heat of the spicy food.
Swallow it. The best first thing you can do when you take in a spicy food inside your mouth is to swallow it. It may not remove actually the heat you feel in your mouth but it helps you to do some things with like to drink in water or juice. It can also can cause you a little choke especially when you accidentally and inevitably swallow a such big food and that of a little spiky, of course you sure to cough or choke and that is why you’re taking in water not just because of your mouth setting on fire but the food you swallow stocked in your throat. But let me remind you to be careful in swallowing foods and don’t let some scene drive you to that.
Cough/Choke. Sometimes, like what I say recently, swallowing food may cause you to choke but normally, some people when taking in spicy foods get some coughs and chokes that is why they might spit it out. Some people are always getting choke with some strong tastes of different foods and one of it is that it is too spicy. They cough for a moment with or without the food in their mouth, and then try to spit it out, swallow it or take in some water or drinks. Usually, swallowing foods may cause a person to choke and then cough not just that the food is too spicy or hot but also if they don’t really want the taste also.
